Most of the content of this wiki is organised into subdirectories. If ever
I get around to turning this stuff into a book, subdirectories correspond either
to individual chapters, if small, or parts consisting of multiple chapters
if larger. Writing this all as a wiki frees me from the task of trying to
organise everything into book form. When it's done, I'll have a better idea
of exactly what content will fit into one book or another, whether one book
or many.
