I'm always surprised how well this song and its lyrics resonate with my Mental Health journey.
What I'm told about my illness does seem just insane and wrong. I get the 'evidence based' reasoning
behind it, but cannot escape how that relies on assumptions that everybody's 'bipolar disorder' works
the same way. I cannot escape the idea that in trying to make psychiatry practicable, things have been
simplified beyond the point where they capture the problems. This site was always about trying to communicate
the nature of my particular version of Neurodivergent+Bipolar+Etc that I deal with.
